PITTSBURGH — Allegheny County District Attorney Stephen A. Zappala, Jr. is the featured guest  speaker for the annual holiday gathering of the Pittsburgh Regional Building Trades Council, set for  Friday, Dec. 16, 2022, 11 a.m., at Acrisure Stadium.  

Zappala’s remarks will focus on the future of the District Attorney’s Office in Allegheny County.  

Zappala has worked with the Pittsburgh Regional Building Trades Council on issues important to their  thousands of members, as well as all working people of Allegheny County, for 25 years.  

The Pittsburgh Regional Building Trades Council includes 19 craft sectors and 33 local unions,  representing 64,000 members. Zappala has had a personal connection with the council since he  established his membership with the Local 154 Boilermaker’s Union, which helped him pay his way  through school.
