For defense attorneys who receive electronic discovery from the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office, our vendor NICE has rolled out an update.
Starting May 1, 2026, when you first log in to obtain electronic discovery from NICE, you will be requested to set up an account with NICE. This will be your personal account from which you will receive/retrieve electronic evidence shared with you by our office. You will no longer need a specific code each time you log in.
