Eric Durah, Jr., 25, was taken into custody on Thursday, March 16, 2023. Durah is one of three suspects believed to be involved in a shooting directed at attorney general agents and a McKees Rocks Police  Department officer on Feb. 27, 2023.  

Durah is facing several counts of aggravated assault, assault of law enforcement officer, criminal attempt, arson, carrying a firearm without a license, criminal conspiracy, recklessly endangering another person  and tampering with/fabricate physical evidence.
