COURT ORDERS THAT INVOLVE ADJUDICATIVE PROCEEDINGS
A question was posed by a reporter generally about “gag orders.”
Attorneys in Pennsylvania are subject to rules specific to trial publicity. Attached is Rule 3.6 Trial Publicity.
Also attached, is Judge Borkowski’s order which mimics Rule 3.6. Emphasis on paragraph #1. The “Adjudicative Proceeding” ceases after a Judge, or a Jury has spoken to guilt. A Jury has already spoken.
