Court Case Lookup Guide
INSTRUCTIONS FOR LOOKING UP YOUR COURT CASE USING THE PENNSYLVANIA UNIFIED JUDICIAL SYSTEM WEB PORTAL
- Opening the portal via https://ujsportal.pacourts.us/CaseSearch will place you on the common pleas court docket sheet page
- Find the drop down window that says search type and choose OTN
- When the page refreshes, there will be a space to enter the OTN number you were given at the preliminary hearing
- Once you enter the number, click search and the information about the case in which you are a victim will appear as a single line near the bottom of the page
- Move your cursor over the blue magnifying glass icon at the left hand side of the line and then click Docket Sheet when it appears
- The docket sheet will then open allowing you to scroll through and view past court dates and actions and upcoming court dates and actions
Use the drop down at the top of this page to view definitions for the various terms that you will see listed on the docket sheet.
Please keep in mind that it will take approximately two to four weeks from the day of the preliminary hearing for the computer record to be generated
